Short, brief and to the point interview. With my extensive background in subs, and experience working at JJ's year ago, the interview was quite stress free. I simply communicated to the manager that I have the skills and knowledge to walk in and start working tomorrow, and I did!
They ask you to memorize the sandwiches and the ingredients in them. They make you come back and write the list and ingredients out. You are also asked standard interview questions.

Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
