First was a phone screening. Then, a one on one meeting with the owner where we went through questions surrounding why inventory was important. Different situations regarding employee issues, scheduling, customer issues. Asked about store growth strategies

good fast easy to get in touch with. i am not sure how many people are there but they are very knowledgeable. the only thing that is missing is the pay
Pretty easy interview i would say. It was straight to the point and i basically got hired right on the spot in a sense. The questions were simple and easy

It was fun and relaxed. They just try to get a feel for who you are as a person and your work ethic. Afterward, the job is described to you in great detail so you know exactly what it is you will be doing.
