This organization made me take hours of time out of my schedule, putting me through three rounds of interviews, just to never get back to me, which was really unprofessional. If you make a prospective candidate take that much time to interview with you, you need to communicate with them and tell them whether or not they got the job. I even reached out to one of my points of contact with the company to follow up after my final interview, but they completely ignored me. It is hypocritical to expect extreme professionalism from candidates, but then not hold your own organization to the same standard.
