I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jewish Community Relations Council
Interview
There were three sets of interviews. One with the recruiter, one with the Executive Director, and then another round which was a gauntlet. After these meetings, I had been led to believe that this job was mine to lose. Then came the gauntlet. This was a day long process of meeting with 30 people over two meetings in one day. I seemingly met the entire team. They used the wrong resume when asking me questions about my background and many were clearly not paying attention (via Zoom). I was then told that I was "not a good fit." I felt like I had wasted at least a week of my time.

Question 1
What is your experience working with a finance director?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Jewish Community Relations Council (Boston, MA) in Nov 2008
Interview
The interview process was non-existant. They are not willing to think out of the box and only seem to really want people from within or those who will fall into their mold. I found the questions to be easy and they did not really delve into who I was as an employee or individual
