I had an interview and got my first (and only) update three weeks later, saying I’d hear back the following week. When that didn’t happen, I followed up — but never got a response. It’s now been another three weeks and still nothing. A quick update would have gone a long way. I hope the company can improve how they communicate with candidates in the future.

A meet-call with a recruiter, an interview with the recruiter and manager, a test task, a test task discussion, one more interview, and a job offer took 5 weeks, including the winter holidays.
