Jensen Precast interview questions

Quickalready got the job offer befor my background check came back. Which took almost a month to come back from corporate office. I ended up not getting the job due to a non violent felony I had on my record from 6 years prior. In the application they asked if I was convicted of a felony in the past 5 years. Then they did a background trace 7 years back and it made me look like a liar on the application. Bummer I thought I would of really been a good fit

The interview process was long, and they took about two weeks to get back to me about each interview. They have you take a personality test online, and ask you questions provided by the testing company. You are interviewed by a small panel of employees and it is very casual.
