The interview process for a part-time consultant position was unprofessional and very disappointing. Most of the questions were directed towards my availability to work a part-time schedule, yet be available every day of the week, evenings, and weekends as needed.

The interview process was long and drawn out. It could be much be better and condensed. It wasn’t organized, the questions were not direct and didn’t dig very deep on my experience or knowledge.

Not too stressful. Be attentive and positive. Typical interview questions that you would find. Easy process. Ask questions. Leader asks good questions. Quick response on if you got the job or not.
