After reading the Glassdoor reviews, I was excited to get an interview with Jeenie because it seems like a great place to work. My first interview was a video call with the VP of Engineering. It was a very high-level discussion about my experience that lasted less than 30 minutes. The feedback provided to my recruiter was that I was more than qualified technically but was not a good personality fit. I was disappointed to hear that. I consider myself to be a very easy-going person, but small talk conversations don't always flow as easily for me as others. If you are an adult with autism, this may not be a good place for you.
