Interview
There were multiple rounds with Different stakeholders.
First with an Engineering Manager which was like more of an introduction kind of discussion.
Second and third, were with Director Engineering and VP engineering respectively they were more about finding out my experiences, strength and weeknesses to see my comatibility with the role and then situational based Q&A to explore more about my strengths in technology and management.
Last round was with HR to discuss the offer.

Question 1
Questions mostly covered 3 aspects:
1. Technology
2. People Management
3. Process (Project management and practices like SDLC, agile, scrum etc.)
The overall interview process was a smooth experience. There were a total of three rounds, including two technical rounds and one HR round. Each stage was well-structured and clearly communicated in advance.
The TA team was very supportive throughout the process. A special thanks to Rachana for being especially helpful and responsive, ensuring seamless coordination and timely updates at every step.
Overall, it was a positive and well-organized experience.

Interview
I had two rounds of interviews, and the entire process was conducted in a very cordial way. The interviewers went out of their way to make me feel very comfortable. I also appreciate the questions asked to gauge the overall knowledge of the applicant. I would say it was a great process overall.
