I was working as a contractor at Xcel Energy in their Rebate Processing department. I was working there through Jeane Thorne Inc. I had been working there over three years when a permanent position opened up. I did get a interview, but was not hired. I believe the reason I was not hired was because I do not have a four year degree. I would like to find a job where I can go back to school
