Very straightforward and not "tricky" or overcomplicated. The interviewer was very attentive to my answers and seemed to ask questions that also taught me about the culture and expectations of the company.

The interview process took a few months with constant follow ups on my part. I applied in November and got the offer in February. Waiting for a repsonse or offer should not take this long and there needs to be more transparency for applicants when waiting on an outcome.
