Jax Federal Credit Union Risk Management interview questions

I was contacted by phone from a recruiter that found my resume online. I was then asked to come in for a personality test and an one on one interview to be done by HR ...I took the test, completed an employment application and then met with the HR manager. Following my interview with HR, I then met with the manager of the department that was hiring. I was offered the position the same day and accepted. It Was a very pleasant experience.
