Slightly perfunctory three stage process with big gaps. Overly HR driven. Not clear what they wanted at all. At least the interviewer gave feedback eventually. Culture probably a bit odd.
First round with HR, then with the hiring manager, then with a senior people. each time it takes 30min. The process was fast. People are friendly, they care about what you did in the past.
Difficult process, not clear on expectations, wasn't clear about role or objectives of interview. I would love to have connected with more than one person or experience. I will try again

Did ~6 rounds including a final. Was ghosted after the final round even when I followed up. Received a rejection email around a year later. Huge time wasters and very unprofessional.
