Interview
Received an email from HR to schedule an interview time, had the first interview then followed by a second interview shortly.
Fewer questions were asked in the second interview but had a detailed tour of the facility with the nice Ms. Laird and Mr. Neuman.
I felt both interviews went well, but I never heard back from HR despite she was on ongoing communication with me before the second interview!
Tip: You don't really need to ask for email addresses if you need to follow up after the interview. They are posted online in the Who We Are section.
I have seen some applicants at the facility while I was waiting for my appointment. They were all dressed up with full business attire: shirt, tie, suit "including me".

1- Tell us about yourself.
2- Why did you apply for this position and desire to work at Janus.
3- Give us an example where you ........... and how you handled it. "replace the dots with multiple scenario questions asked in the interview, such as didn't agree with a policy or communicated with a co-worker and so on..."
