I had to go through multiple phone interviews, which grows in difficulty as you progress to later rounds. For me, the jump in difficulty in the second interview was quite high which made me panic. The interviewers were nice, and occasionally gives you hint on the problem if you struggle. If you solve the problem quicker, they may give you harder versions of the problem
