Interview
Firstly a written task to analyse excel. Then a few rounds of interview with fairly tough logic/ iq puzzle questions. You are encourage to share your thought process and think out loud together with the interviewers. You will be expected to do some live analysis of data as well as how market making can be conducted.

Interview
First round was a logic test. Second round was a case. Final round was more involved and tested skills to be used on the job. Nothing too technical but very heavy on sound logic.
Very smooth with recruitment actually treating you like a human being and getting back to you within 1 week of each interview. 1 screening phone interview followed by final rounds.
