Interview
40 minute phone interview, first round after sending off my CV and cover letter. The questions were mental math and questions involving combinations and permutations, expected value, and probability. I was not allowed to use a pen and paper, nor a calculator. The questions were harder than I expected, I tried to go too quickly, my advice is too take it easy and show that you can work under pressure.
After each question she would ask,"How confident are you of your answer? Give me a percentage." This shows how well calibrated you are but also your aversion to risk, so don't be too modest!

There are two teams, each has an equal probability of winning when they play each other. The teams are playing in tournament with each other, which is best of 7. What is the probability the tournament goes until the 7th game?

Biem spiele hat man parallel wetten sollen, also ein buy and sell zwishudn ein sechseiiger Würfel und sowas. oder karten wetten auf das die karte rot ist und zwischen 5-9 was zahlst du für diesen output und so. anrfang rechnen danach abschärtzen udn Ergebnisse interpretieren
Overall, it was a pleasant interview experience. I answered a few personal questions and encountered one that was slightly confusing, but the interviewer was friendly, and the conversation flowed well overall
Probability questions, nothing crazy but quite open ended, they want to know your thought process and calculations. Pen and paper allowed but no calculator. No OA, a few rounds and got rejected. Zoom call with a trader.
