Questions are really straightforward customer service, if you have CS experience its simple. Although you need to be specific with performance Metrics, the store you work for will be about sales and numbers.

Interview
They were very nice. They sat down and gave me information on the job and discussed the position. Then they let me know they were looking for a full time employee. I was given a test for them to see how I would react in different situations as well as a personality test.
