Received initial phone screen; then invited to participate in Skype interview; invited to campus next for a day of panel interviews; follow telephone screen and notified of the opportunity for an additional follow up Skype interview and then received offer.

Non-supervisor staff allowed to be a part of the process with significant input. Unusual. The director didnt seem knowledgeable and support staff seemed to have too much influence in the hiring process.
