I got an opportunity through Linked-in for Oracle Apps Technical Consultant(OAF/ADF). First Round was Telephonic Round: Technical Round Quite Easy regarding my projects, past experience. I was in Mumbai so Second Round was Skype Round: It was taken by 10 Years experienced and knowledgeable person, Full of technical,functional, asked Java code/SQL quieries/PLSQL/Oracle Apps Cycles/Tables/Joins, asked right approach for logical questions..etc. Finally asked Do you have any questions? Third Round was Managerial: It was taken by experienced person having 10+years exp. It was quite Technical/inter-personal, gone through my profile, Introduction. It was too Good.

2 - 3 rounds of interview telephonic and face to face. They will first go through your resume and then you will get a call for whole process. Process is very smooth and they give the offer letter without delay. Everything will get clear on the same day of interview which many candidate looks for.
