Interview
I first had a phone screen with a consultant that the company uses. I then came in to meet with the same consultant and two owners. After the second interview, I was ghosted by them even after attempting to follow up.

Question 1
I was specifically asked (twice) about my current compensation. I tried to tell them that they were in my range but was pressed to answer specifically how much I am earning. This line of questioning is illegal in Massachusetts.
They are very concerned with employee engagement but I'm not completely certain that they understand that employee engagement is far more than sporting tickets and events.
