Invited to interview with the store manager, very casual chat about the company, hours of availability, job role etc. Then sent a link for online maths and psychometric tests. Finally, had a phone interview with the county manager.

The Jysk interview has 3 stages. First starts with an online assessment, which basically includes behavioural questions. The next stage of the interview is an online video assessment, have at least 5 questions. If you get shortlisted, they will call you for a personal interview.

How will you handle a difficult situation, whether it is with a customer or a client?
There were stages for interviews, for example one video recording for introducing yourself before you proceed to the discussion. You sould tell a little about your interest to the position, your skills, previous experience etc.
