First contact was email followed by a phone call and lastly an email was sent to schedule a time to do a Zoom interview to discuss qualifications. The interview was great and straight forward on what is expected should you transfer your license to JWilliams.

Do you have a current Real Estate License? How long have you been licensed?
The interview process was a Phone interview with the area hiring manager. It lasted about 20 minutes and it was a friendly conversation asking about my background and experience. It went very well

The Regional Manager contacted me about my resume which had been posted on a jobs website. She was very cordial and asked relevant questions. We discussed pay and operations. It was an overall pleasant meeting.
