Interview
The interview was straight forward and consisted of many behavioral questions. They focused a lot on learning about the type of person that you were. There were very few technical questions and they also asked some critical thinking questions.

Interview
Applied on their website for their Launching Leaders program and got an offer to fly out to Delaware to interview for their super day. The super day was well organized and informative. The company did a great job in getting all the Candidates comfortable by allowing us to ask questions with financial analysts and breaking us off into groups. After that I had two back to back 30 minute interviews and heard back within two weeks.

Interview
Applied through my school's recruiting website, got selected for an interview on campus. Interviewed with two people on campus. One person was in more of an HR role and another worked in the finance function at the firm. I received an offer within a couple weeks of my interviews. The entire process took a little more than a month.

Question 1
A lot of situational questions, ex: "Describe a time that a group member was having a negative impact and how you handled the situation." A few technical questions to make sure you have a basic understanding of finance.
