Hirevue interview. They sent me the link a few hours submitted. About 4-5 questions all behavioral. Still waiting to hear back from them. Application says “under review” right now. Hopefully I get it !

Initial HR screening involves going over resume and checking Japanese level. They stop the interview if your Japanese level is not strong. They did not ask any technical questions during the HR interview.

Interview
Hirevue, and then a superday. Hirevue was pretty basic (TMAY, conflict, teamwork), superday asked about situational questions (your manager did this, how would you respond). Mainly behavioral not really any technical questions.
