5 interview rounds
1. Hiring manager,
2. Pseudo-SQL assessment,
3. Technical interview including statistics and machine learning questions
4. Business case interview
5. Final interview with Executive Director
The final 2 rounds were very weird, they did not ask me anything specific about my background or any behavioral question. It was more like a normal conversation with business leaders to learn more about the job.
By the way, after the 4th interview, I though I had not gotten the job because they did not contact me until after one month telling me that they were busy but that they wanted to conduct an additional interview. My feeling is that the candidate that they wanted did not accept the offer so they needed to reach out to other finalists that had already taken down from their list,
