Interview
1:- Hiring manager:- NFR,SLA,SLO,SLI differences, SRE principles, no coding.
2:- SRE Bar-raiser:- same as round1, previous experiences, last book you read. Be confident.
3:- Peer Interview: Peer team member will interviw you, explain roles and responsibilities, mostly related to monitoring tools etc.
After clearing all rounds they say that hiring has been freezed. :-)

Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter who set up an initial virtual interview with the hiring manager or a tech lead. The interview was rescheduled at the last minute, and the interviewer did not show up for the interview. The recruiter apologized and helped set up another interview. The interviewer showed up 4 minutes late and appeared unprepared and uninterested throughout the interview. He asked some ad hoc questions and was reluctant to clarify his questions when asked. It was an unbelievable experience for me in many ways.
