I recently interviewed at JP Morgan and found the process to be quite easy. However, the interviewers lacked the necessary technical expertise, particularly in design, which impacted the overall quality of the interview. Despite being friendly and approachable, they did not have enough in-depth knowledge to effectively evaluate candidates on design skills. The reasons they gave for rejection clearly demonstrated a lack of understanding of how the design process and tools function. Improvements in the technical proficiency of the interviewers would greatly enhance the interview experience.
