Applied for position in October. Received email in January to contact recruiting scheduler if I was still interested in position. Then I had a 30 minute phone interview with the senior recruiter for basic questions including salary expectations. Later I received invite to meet the hiring manager, a 2 hour interview that I met the direct manager I would report to and their manager. They extended an offer in less than 24 hours.

Two rounds of interviews. They are looking for people who focus on numbers and details, has teamwork and good communication with different types of people. You would also make a good impression to interviewers if you have handled some automation projects, or know how to build automation tools.

What is the most challenge that you have in your previous job and how do you overcome it?
All the questions were behavioural, nothing technical as I expected for this role. Really nice interviewers, scheduled over zoom. Lasted 40 minutes and would happily do it again. Seems like a great company.

HR contacted directly asked for CV. Online interview include 5 rounds with each taking 30 mins.Starting from pretalk then 2 team leads talk and 2 onshore managers talk. Whole process less than 2 months.
