I applied online and after about 3 weeks I was contacted by phone by 4 different people. I was unable to set up an interview because they would only call once and not send any email. I never was able to speak with anyone after leaving a message - I would have expected an email to set up an interview if by phone is not successful given it is the norm. This showed me their Talent Acquisition team is very disorganized.

Process started out easy. Got a text with a link to schedule interview. Went through interview and the next day I got the automated reject e-mail. I e-mail HR to get some feedback, but that was a glitch and he talked to management and they were going to offer me. I get a formal offer which I accepted mid November of 2025. They wanted me to start the new year. According to their info no news is good news. I addressed what I needed to during onboarding and last e-mail I receive was from an onboarding specialist to get my home address for the work from home equipment. Entire month of December I hear nothing and I’m waiting for my start date. The Friday before the start date I reach out to them about what time I’m to report, who I’m reporting to etc. I’m told to reach out to their generic HR number. They say they rescinded the offer back in November. The HR rep kept repeating that I was called and e-mailed about this, which I wasn’t. I wasted an entire month of my job search thinking I was started when they pulled the rug from under me. Super unprofessional and scummy move.
