The super day takes about 3.5 hours in total. The virtual process made it possible for employees from different locations to join the interview. The focus was mostly on statistics and coding, and they also asked some behavior questions in the end.

4 rounds.
First round was based on topics from CV. They looked at courses written on the CV and asked questions from that. For me it was Linear Algebra, Probability, and Numerical Methods. The interviewer was not very nice and asked random niche stuff.
Pretty standard leetcode style OA, followed by live coding, one 1 hour technical interview, and a superday. Technical interview is standard quant interview where they can ask anything from probability to stats to finance
