Interview
There were 3 rounds. 1 was with hiring manager, 2 technical rounds with peers. The HR was responsive at each stage. Overall Process completed in 3 weeks. Process was smooth.
Interview is tough but worth it. Technical depth is very much required. A lot of technical questions were asked and also in depth. Candidate is expected to code on the interview. Technically expertise is required at all levels.

Straightforward, depends who the hiring manager is and the role. You might need to do a virtual recording even though it is hybrid. Research the company first and know your skills that you bring to the table.
