The process took 3 months. I interviewed at JPMorganChase
Interview
This role sat within a specialised area of HR. Took quite a few months to hear back from the initial online application. First interview with hiring manager went really well (virtual), she asked me very informally if i wanted to come into the office to meet her. Arranged to do this the following week, interview style with her and then a separate interview with her colleague. Asked competency questions. They should have been clearer on what this stage involved especially when it was casualy and informally arranged. Went well over an hour (1.5) for what seemed like it would be informal. The recruiter even said the first interview had gone well. The job went off linkedin too. After the interview noticed they put the job advert back on linkedin and i never heard from them again. Extremely poor candidate experience. No update whatsoever from the recruitment admin team. Chased quite a few times with no reply. Then they email me saying to introduce myself i am so and so (as if she didn’t remember me even though i sent her w bunch of chaser emails). Told id hear back soon and she rang asking what my salary expectations were again (should already be on their system). Then get an email saying iv been rejected and with no feedback given. It was 7 weeks since i got a reply from my chaser emails.
Poor experience and would expect better from HR - practice what you preach.

They all asked about my prior experience with each asking about specific experience I had that I believe was relevant to the area of specialty in HR that they worked in.
