3 rounds, one on campus and two onsite...you should know your resume top to bottom and vice versa....anything you put on there is fair game. They expect you to know about their firm and its LOB's/functions and for this particular role they are looking for interest in staying in Ops. Overall, not too bad, culture is typical of any large bank but better support/guidance than most.
