Interview questions [1]
Question 1
My last interview for a different position within the company, the manager started role playing with me to get how I would react to certain situations- not that I can't handle it but I was definitely thrown off.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Bremerton, WA)
Interview
Warning! You might find yourself spending 3 months interview for this position depending on number of openings. I spent 3 months interviewing until I received an offer. First you meet with the regional manager who explains the job and asks questions to gauge your experience/competence at working with affluent clients in finance. If you’re young you need to explain why you’d be ready for this role rather than a personal banker. Then you are forwarded to meet with the managers who are looking for this position. For young people like me who actually want a career in advising, you need to show your commitment to stick around. They prefer college grads with a few years of banking experience already. I was turned down at first because they weren’t sure if I would stick around after getting my licenses and then got a call back to interview with a different branch, ironically in a much better location. They hired me because I showed commitment to master the job and not just stay for the licensing. You also need to highlight your customer service and sales skills while answering questions. Overall easy questions but you need to have good answers. Don’t just be a salesman; you need to show that your success has come from making recommendations that actually benefit your customer and building lasting relationships.
