Online application, assessment of skills and aptitude for working in a highly confidential banking environment (questions are tricky and meant to trip you up...read carefully...think about prior answers), if you pass your resume is passed onto hiring manager of the branch you designate your application to, after a phone interview an in person interview with branch manager, then hiring decision is made.

Very easy in person interview questions if you have any customer service experience. If you have experience handling confidential matters the easier the interview will be.
The interviewer asks a bunch of situational questions that try to test your critical thinking skills, but it's a challenge especially if you don't have much on the job experience.

Tell me about a time when... you had a difficult customer service experience
Straightforward. Calm. Very congenial. Nice people smart and honest. Would definitely consider working here given the caliber of talent. Quantitative questions werent too difficult. Just some math like addition subtraction multiplication division and quadratic equations.

Interview
It was over the phone. They have you chose a time to set your interview and then you wait for your scheduled time and they will call you. It's a pretty quick interview lasted maybe 20 minutes.

They will ask you how do you handle a difficult customer and what are the steps you'll take in order to resolve it.
