2 Interviews speed-dating style - all behavioral questions. The superday consisted of listening to presentation for about 3 hours. the two interviews were afterwords and depended on which time slot tou had.

Interview
It consisted of a Hirevue with challenging questions and then a super day with 2, 30 minute, face to face interviews. The super day was really awesome and educating when it came to talking to current analysts and higher-ups at the company.

Interview
I was invited to Super Day and interviewed with two people. One person was an executive director and the other a first or second year analyst. The interviewers were very nice along with the recuiter. The questions were mainly behavioral but there were little to no technical questions.
