Had an employee refer me for the program. Interview went well, we talked about my resume and there were some behavioral questions. At the end of the interview I was told I probably wouldn't get the position because I am a sophomore with not many business class under my belt yet, and I'm competing against juniors and seniors.

It was a process with 2 rounds, the first one being technical and the second HR. The technical round was based solely on your resume and the information you provided.

They asked, amongst all the projects you have done, which one did you apply the most data analytics to
Initial HR screening involves going over resume and checking Japanese level. They stop the interview if your Japanese level is not strong. They did not ask any technical questions during the HR interview.

Hirevue, and then a superday. Hirevue was pretty basic (TMAY, conflict, teamwork), superday asked about situational questions (your manager did this, how would you respond). Mainly behavioral not really any technical questions.
