The initial communication was a telephone interview with an HR representative, which took roughly 45 minutes, with mostly questions pertaining to background, and previous places of employment. Afterwards an interview was scheduled, where I was asked to meet the direct hiring manager, who proceeded to have me interview with about 8 of his colleagues over the cause of the next few weeks and into months, due to a firm wide hiring freeze the process took longer than normal but all in all I felt it was a fair process.
