I had a phone screening for a role at JPMorgan Chase and the experience was a bit challenging. During the conversation, I felt somewhat rushed when answering questions, and when I paused to gather my thoughts, the flow of the interview became a little uncomfortable. At one point, I was asked if I was reading from something, which caught me off guard. I understand that recruiters are very busy and manage many candidates, but a bit more patience and clarity would have helped me perform better. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that future interview experiences feel more supportive and consistent for candidates.
