Easy—only five questions asked and they were very basic, thinks like why do u want to work here. Moreover, hiring manager was really sweet and understood if you were nervous.
I applied online. I interviewed at JOANN Stores (Hudson, OH)
Interview
Met with a committee of peers, with HR, and with a supervisor. Overall, this was a relatively easy experience. They were willing to work with me on a salary negotiation, but eventually I could not start at the time originally planned and ended up having to decline an offer. I was told the company could be a bit old fashioned and set in their ways. They seemed open to explaining the benefits of moving to Hudson, Ohio. It ended up working out that I did not go with them, because I would have eventually gotten laid off when the company went out of business.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JOANN Stores (Oxnard, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Received a call over the phone and was asked to be interviewed. They had mentioned it was a group interview with 3-5 people. Interview went really well as the other interviewees and I were bouncing answers off of each other. I and two others were hired on the spot. The other two were unfortunately not a match to what the manager was looking for.
