I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JMJ Phillip in Oct 2023
Interview
Interviewer was rude and seemed to dislike having to be there. Didn’t want to answer questions and made me feel like I shouldn’t be asking any. Did not want to continue after this but was polite and saw it through.

Question 1
What is the most important thing about a position?
Asked irrelevant questions not related to the role (e.g. "Where do you get your news from?"). Hiring manager was reading off a list of questions and had no follow up to responses and was not conversational at all and very formal.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JMJ Phillip (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2023
Interview
1 initial phone interview Second interview was a zoom call with two team members. The male I spoke to was nice, but the female was very rude. They asked hypothetical questions, none of which were to get to know my skills and experience. It was very cookie cutter, they read from a script. Not a place you would want to work as a recruiter if their leadership team can't seem to hold a conversation with potential colleagues.
