Very good, at a purpose facility away from Gaydon
Interview with 2 senior managers, one of whom I had previously met during a visit, a 90 minute interview using JLR standard interviewing tools. Where 2 questions are selected from a database for each subject such as "Describe a time you were involved in the problem solving process" as well as me doing a presentation
