Began with a simple application, followed by a short phone interview that involved a randomly selected competency question and a question relating to selling JLR to the recruitment consultant over the phone. If successful there is an assessment centre invite that involves a role play, which is a mock telephone call from an irate customer, a written assessment involving an email response to a customer who has sent in a scathing email of discontent to the office. Followed by a group task, the key here is to work as a team coming to an agreed upon answer. Make sure you do not dominate the task as this is not a test of leadership but rather of cooperation. Finally a 1to1 interview based around a series of competency based questions and questions relating to the business.
