Completed psychometric tests in November. Invited the interview in Warwick in the middle of January. The interview consisted of a group exercise, one to one interview and an in tray exercise. The group exercise is about suppliers, they are looking for how you communicate and take on board advice etc. Interview is set questions nothing trying to catch you out. You can't really know how well the in tray went but do some practice ones before you go
