I was asked to walk through past projects in detail, explain my hypothesis-driven approach, and demonstrate how I translate insights into business decisions. The process felt collaborative, with an emphasis on clear communication, stakeholder impact, and practical application of data skills, especially in contexts involving messy datasets and system-level improvements.

2 rounds of interviews, the first was a series of behavioral interview questions, with recruiters providing the instruction to use a STAR (Situation, Task, Action, and Result) framework. Then the later one was about technical questions which most likely asked about Global situations.
