I had a quick 15 minute interview for the Account Representative position and was asked to come back the next week for a second interview where I would be taken on a preview of the position "in the field". Well by field, they meant a neighborhood. And by account representative, they meant a door to door salesman for AT&T U-verse. Make no mistake this may be a private company but they are working for AT&T. They build it up as this great team atmosphere when reality it's just a light variation of a scam.

Question 1
The thing that bothers me most about this company is that they avoid telling you at all costs that this is door-to-door sales. I get it. Its a tough grind-it-out job but they are the opposite of upfront about nearly everything. They try to make this job look like a Dodge Viper when really its just a old 2001 Saturn jalopy. Please JLC, don't dazzle up a job listing to make it look like something it's not. Overall I'm sure they're great people but the sugar coating that comes on everything is just not the way to recruit new employees or run an honest business.
