The first phone call was a voicemail from an admin who was courteous at setting up the second phone interview. The phone interview with the actual manager was a strange affair, where he sprang second-shift on the requirements (not listed in the job description), and proceeded to use "I" and other personal pronouns so often that there was very little mention of team.
