Applied online, had an initial call with the founder and designer, then completed the design task and attended an in-office interview. They mentioned they would make a decision within a week, but never heard back. They often spoke about how much they care for their employees and consumers, yet they couldn’t even respect a candidate’s time. If they can’t show basic respect during the hiring process, how can they truly care about employees and consumers? Very disappointing to put in so much effort and not receive any response.
