Interview was on the phone and it was very short and easy. Only lasted 5 minutes. Basic interview questions were asked. They called me back a week later for an offer.
Interview process was over the phone and it was very easy and the hiring manager was very nice. The have you do a drug test after you past the interview process.

It was brief and professional. You will meet with a manager and discuss the position. You will be asked if you have an understanding of printers, fax machines, and scanners. It is also important to have good customer service abilities.
